UH OH is a free browser game about awkward conversations. You write your own replies to 10 situations, starting with 70 Social HP. There is no timer, account or download.
How a round works
- Read the situation and your goal.
- Write one sentence in your own words and submit it.
- Jev evaluates signals such as warmth, tact, boundaries and social risk. UH OH’s fixed rules convert those judgments into HP.
- Continue until you finish 10 rounds or your HP reaches zero. HP stays between 0 and 100.
Your final challenge link lets a friend play the same culture pack and compare scores. It contains the score and level set, not your written replies.

These are prepared example replies scored by the live game on September 21, 2026. Each starts independently at 70 HP. They are recorded observations, not guaranteed scores; model judgments can vary. The commentary is an explanation of the example, not a hidden model rationale.

Eight culture packs, different situations
Each pack contains 10 locally framed situations. For example, the Japanese pack opens with an invitation to an after-party; the Chinese pack opens with a partner’s question about their appearance. The table shows the first prompt from each current pack.

What the score means
Social HP is a game score, not an EQ score or psychological assessment. There is no single correct answer. When the game shows a Demo notice, feedback is simulated and does not come from Jev.
